My GPS is not able to obtain latitude and longitude. Is there a guide to set up WinFAST Navigator for Windows?

You can configure WinFast Navigator on Windows, but you will also need to connect the GPS device to the PC to acquire the data. The device needs to be outdoor to acquire the signal correctly. If you use it indoor, there will be no way to connect to the GPS to get the details. You can get the application through Google. Toughbooktalk is the website which holds the software.
