What program can allow me to do eq changes to batches of WAV files all at once?

I want to do some EQ on some awesome IEM bootleg concerts (if you don't know what those are, they're legal, don't worry) and they are split into multiple files. They come as FLAC but I could do WAV. I just want a program where I can set some EQ and have it batch process them. Any ideas?

Audacity can manage that, and it takes .flac files just the same. After you fire it up, go to File -> Edit chains. Create a new plug-in chain and insert the EQ effect into it (it would be a good idea to create an EQ preset with your intended parameters beforehand).

After that, just invoke File -> Apply chain, pick 'Apply to files...' and select all your .flac files at once.
