Can't open Winparts.30 for Jenbacher.

I have spare part list application for Jenbacher jgs620 with Winparts 3.0, but I can't open it because of the error:

"Der Web-Application Server konnte nicht gestartet werden. Falls Sie die Anwendung von CD laufen lassen, könnte es helfen die Anwendung zu installieren. "

I have to mention that :
- Java is installed
- IsoView is installed
- Adobe Reader installed

When I open the application, it says the Java Runtime is not available. What should I do?

The message says that the server required by the application is not started or working. I recommend inserting the CD into the CD-ROM tray and then install the recommended server. After the installation the software should start normally if everything went fine. I have translated the message and it related to the available of the server. They indicate to locate it on the CD of the software.
