ABC Word Solitaire problem: can't math the letters

Question

I've just got this game and have a question. When it shows how to play, the words are moved without a problem in staying where they are moved. However, when I move letters to match them, they do not stay in place. Am I doing something wrong, or should I adjust something in game? I've tried a couple of times, however, no luck.

Unfortunately, there is no word on this raised "issue". You're probably doing something wrong. The problem is that I can't download the application since it isn't available anymore. Try reading the tutorial once again and follow it step by step. It usually provides all the necessary information on how to pass or play a level from the game.
