Problem scanning with Canon My Image Garden.

It looks as if it has scanned ok, but when I click on the document it is encoded. What is happening?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. It appears there is a problem with the scanner. I would advise re-installing the drivers for the product. In case of corruption, you encounter the situation described above. I have seen users with the same problem, and the only way to overcome it is with the help of a fresh installation. Remove the software, insert the CD and then re-install the application.
