I ordered and received the updated version (3.7) of Certified Mail Pro and have been unable to register it or to use it. I have left numerous voice messages with your office requesting technical assistance and have received no response.

Unfortunately, the developers are the ones who can provide support related to purchases, activation, accounts, software, etc. I can forward you to their website to contact them again using the available contact options. Access the contact page and try to call or email them again. I don't think there is a developer on this board to help you with your activation problem.
