WeChat Web Grab is not working for me. Can you help me to fix it?

I'm using Windows Vista. I installed Web Grab to both Firefox and Internet Explorer and restarted browsers after the installation. When I click the Web Grab icon, the window is only blank and there is no options or QR code.

It is recommended to use the Firefox browser instead of Internet Explorer. First, remove all the add-ons installed and upgrade Firefox to its latest version from Help > About Firefox. After the Firefox is upgraded, install the WeGrab plug-in and use the phone to activate the WeGrab option. In your browser, click the WeGrab icon and activate it by linking with your ID. Restart everything and then the plug-in should work normally. Make sure that the plug-in is turned on when you click the icon in Firefox.
