Yes, a smartphone with Android is required in order to install PicMix. Turn on the Internet on your phone and the use the Play Store and search for "PicMix". Once found tap on Install and wait for installation to complete. Alternatively, you can use the URL in your computer's browser and install it this way. You will need to log-in then with your Gmail account.
