First you need to make sure that the both carriers have automated settings for the Internet connection. To do this, simply access their support pages and look for automated settings for your phone. In case there isn't an automated tool, you might need to configure the APNs manually. In this case simply go to Settings > WiFi > Mobile Networks > Access Points. From that location you can add or remove the access points for both SIm cards.
