My computer is using Windows XP SP3. I just installed Bluestacks a few hours ago and it automatically closes when I open it. What should I do?
Try updating the drivers for your graphic card and make sure NET Framework as well as Visual Runtime libraries are installed to their latest version. These updates will fix the problem with your application. Additionally, install Bluestacks again.
