I need a reversed OCR software. Can you help me?

All OCR software I know transforms vocal into correct printed word and sentences. Those exist in different languages. Do you know of software that prints vocal? And printed in a way that a human would do with no knowledge except of the letters but without knowledge of orthography ?

The reverse process of voice to text is TTS (text to speech). There are plenty of applications that allow you to input text and then speak it. You can use the database of Software Informer to obtain an application of this kind. Some applications allow you to enter text then speak it with orthography and intonation using multiple voices and languages (plus dialects).
