Information about Bluestacks.

I have Bluestacks HD AppPlayer installed but I don't have a working button for Menu or Back on the taskbar. I am still pressing the right button on keyboard but it's not working.

Bluestacks never had buttons embedded into the taskbar. You can only use the buttons from the application's windows. If those buttons are not there anymore, you will have to re-install Bluestacks from scratch. There is no way to add the control buttons to the taskbar.
