The Read Me file does not answer the question on settings related to Stream Buffer Depth, ASIO Buffer Depth and WDM Sound Buffer Depth. What do they mean?
There is a PDF file that explains these terms according to their use. Use Google then download the PDF from the first link and open it. The terms are explained in the right column of the file. The first page of the PDF should look something like this:
