Unfortunately, there is no way to find out this information about the product because it simply doesn't exist on the web or on its official website. It seems like it has been discontinued and there is no trace about it. In most of the cases, the simplest way to check if these functions are supported is to go to File or Edit menu. If the software supports COPY/PASTE or Cut, it should be listed as a shortcut.
