Where can I download the OS?

When I try to download it using the green download button, I receive a message that there is no direct download link available. I have a Nexus 4 device and want to try out this ROM.

This is just a programming application used for configuring devices for people with hearing problems. You cannot install it on your phone. To look for ROMs for your phone, visit the XDA Developers Forum. There are plenty of resources and ROMs for your phone.
