My Ulead CD& DVD PictureShow won't open. I receive a key error. Disc:S/N:DPS V4 (E) RET NA CODE: 111A6-140000-01329492. What is the problem?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Additionally, remove the application first and use CCleaner to clean the registry files associated with the product.
