I'm having a problem to start the Robot Quantum 3500 Prime because of an error in KCP telling me there is a problem with VRC boot. Can you help me about that?

The boot errors usually appear when the files are corrupted and the device can't access the flash memory. You can overcome this by either resetting the device or reinstalling the application. You should avoid any operations related to firmware flash to avoid corruption. My advice is to contact the official manufacturer/seller. He should be able to provide all the necessary information related to this problem. Most likely, you will need to flash the firmware, but before doing it, contact the original manufacturer.
