Is there a user log for the stand alone player? I need to monitor activity as I am the lead transcriptionist and we are inquiring whether someone can be using the player outside of working time and how would we document this?

There is nothing mentioned about logs regarding this software. The official PDFs and manuals don't offer much information related to the working conditions. In this case, I can say that the application doesn't have logs. However, you have the possibility to check the installation folder as well. Go to where the program's installed and check for LOG files with .LOG format or for the Logs directory.
