I have exported a .swf file from Indesign CS5.5 that contains audio, interaction, movies and I want to run it on my iPad. Since I cannot install Flash Player on iPad, how can I solve this problem without loosing interactivity? What is the right format to create an interactive brochure suitable for iPad?

In order to run the .swf file on your device, I suggest you convert it to a supported format using Kvisoft SWF to Video Converter. You have all the instructions on the official web page. Also, as you can see on the Adobe forum, you will need to use the .folio format for a brochure suitable for iPad devices.
