Restore Acer PC to factory settings.

I can't restore my system back to the factory settings. Can you help me to fix this? Is there a website that I can go to? When I first bought my Acer, it seems that they kept my start up program for some reason or another, and now I am being told that I have to buy the program. I feel that this is unfair.

This isn't a general rule, but almost any released laptop has a recovery partition that can be accessed during the first stages of boot. Reboot the Acer PC and watch closely for a recovery mode button. Press it and then follow the wizard guide. All the instructions will be presented in an easy manner for a better understanding.
