To access the system recovery of Lenovo A269i phone, firstly you need to power it off. Once the phone has been powered off, press Volume Up + Power button until the selection and the Android logo appears. Press Volume down to select the recovery mode, then use the volume buttons again to select the options. Choose Wipe Data/Factory reset and reboot the phone.
