Looking for a Xmedia Recode version with color hue control.

I need a version of Xmedia Recode that has color hue control. My version (3.1.8.8) does not have it. Also, I need to know if all other features are working properly. Can you help?

The latest version of the application is Xmedia Recode 3.2.0.3, but it doesn't have a color hue control option. All its other features are working properly.
