No, the application will not work on your Mac because it was developed for Windows OS. On the official website, there are applications developed for Mac, but Data Doctor Recovery - SIM Card isn't available. Unfortunately, you cannot use it on Mac. However, if you install Windows through Bootcamp, then there is a possibility to make it run on Mac with emulated Windows.
Note: Bootcamp is already embedded into your OS, there is no need to install it.
