You can't install games that are made for Windows platform on an Android device for example. To download and install any of your bought game on the computer, you first need to download the game manager. You can find a download link, on the Software Informer's application page. You can also obtain it by downloading any game from the official website. After you installed the game manager, you need to log in with your account, select from the My Games list the one that you want to play and hit Install.
To find games that you can install on your mobile phone (on Android or iPhone device), open the game manager, go to the Find New Games tab in the left side of the screen, select the platform and use the search bar.
