I heard XecureWeb plugin made Windows XPS based printer drivers not available to print private document. What it's happening there and why?

The XeCureWeb Control plug-in is released for Safari and used by the KBStar bank in Koreea. Unfortunately, what you've heard might be a simple rumor as no one will give details about what's happening in a company. However, there isn't any information related to XecureWeb Control because it's a plug-in used by the employees and customers of the bank.
