Unfortunately, this application can't save automatically your favorite links. Therefore, if you want to save your often used or favorite links, I recommend you to go to Bookmarks > select from there Bookmark this page > select the folder > and its done. Whenever you want to enter these pages, go to Bookmarks and select from there the page you want to access.
