"User not found" error at log-in.

User ID and password and operator code have been entered correctly, but there is an error which is saying "user not found". What can I do? This is the 1st time I'm trying to log in.

Whenever you create an account, after you complete the registration form, an e-mail will be sent to you to validate your data. If you want to successfully complete the registration, you will need to access the link that the developer sent to you. After that try to connect again with your ID and password.
