Sell the music I create with ModPlug Tracker.

If I were to use this program to compose songs and then sell the songs I composed, would the developers (or respective owners) of the ModPlug Tracker program, get the credit, or charge a royalty or, file a lawsuit for infringement or find me at fault in any way shape or form?

No. Due to the fact that the product is freeware, you can download and use the program however you want, create music. The developer forbid users to modify in anyway the source code of the product and then sell the modified program, but there is no limitation on selling your creations.
