Application Settings error.

Question

I am receiving this error when trying to save the BIR RELIEF DIRECTORY and the ALPHALIST DIRECTORY in the Application Settings. How do I remedy this?

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. The type initializer for ' ' threw an exception.

Try updating the Net Framework application to the latest version and then use BIR Excel Uploader. You can download the latest version of the Net Framework from the Microsoft's website. Additionally, update the Visual Runtime libraries to latest version and then attempt to run the application again.
