Arena Solutions is down. Can I access files in Agile Express Viewer instead?

Can I open files in Agile Express Viewer? How is this done?

The Arena Solutions website is working just fine. Yes, you can use Agile Express Viewer, but the company insists on using their product to view the PDX files. To find more information about this, access the official website from Arena Solutions.
If you keen on using Agile Express, the Oracle website makes it easy to acquire it if you have a username or password.
