I have an Acer Z5761 Aspire which turns on but when Windows starts, it won't do anything else. It freezes and won't work. Please help. I've tried to reset it to factory settings but it still doesn't get any better, please help!
You might need to reinstall Windows if it refuses to work. To do this, use a USB stick with 4GB of free space and Rufus to create a bootable USB stick. You can use a Windows 7 installation ISO. After you have created the the stick, plug it to a USB port and boot from the USB. Re-install Windows and install the required drivers. You can obtain the drivers from Acer support. Paste the model of your laptop in the search field and you will have the possibility to download the drivers.
