To do a factory reset of your phone, simply turn it off then press the Volume Up and the Power buttons simultaneously and wait for a few seconds until the Android logo appears. Select Wipe Data / factory reset when the menu appears and confirm it using the Power button. The phone will reboot and you will then have access. You might need to configure it all again .
