No, this version of Kies does not have the feature required for you to connect to the Internet using the modem in the Samsung phone. The application only allows you to perform maintenance on your phone (file manager, firmware upgrade) and backup operations. Older versions of Kies allowed you to connect to the Internet but they're not supported anymore.
