The application works just fine. If you can't download, it means that your ISP blocked the application or your computer does not allow downloading data. In this case you can simply add the application to the exclusion list on your Firewall and it should work. If you're using an Internet Security application, proceed to its configuration menu where Firewall is and add the file to be excluded from scanning.
