How to use the TATA Photon card reader?

I loaded the SDcard in the card reader slot but no window pops up and I don't know how to go about accessing the SDcard contents with the reader. Can you help?

You might need to install the necessary drivers. Go to My Computer/Computer and right click the TATA Photon drive and select Explore. Launch the setup package and install it. This will also install the necessary divers for Mass Storage unit. Unplug then plug the device back and it should appear as another drive in My Computer/Computer then you can access it?
