Could not find a valid license for hardware.

The above statement comes up on my screen when I use the software. It is version 36.017 running on Windows XP version 2002 and a Ricoh plotter. Error code 8807110.

There is no information about this software and the mentioned error. If you have the possibility to re-install the application and make sure that the printer is installed correctly.
