At first, you need to make sure that there are no proxies set up on your browsers. Access Tools > Internet Options or Tools > Options, then navigate to Connections or Advanced > Network and check for proxies. If you don't use a proxy, then those fields need to be empty. In both cases, select No Proxy and close the menus. Reload the page and it should work.
