I have a Blu JR and I forgot my pattern and they asked for a username and an email that I forgot, but when I pressed the Vol+ & Power at the same time some words came up related to factory test. Any help for this problem?

To reset the phone, you will need to use a key combination. Turn off the phone and then use the following instructions to hard reset the phone:

1. Hold Volume Up + Power.
2. Show hard reset mode
3. Release all the buttons
4. Press Power 3 times in a row
5. Press Volume + Home button
6. Select Wipe
7. Reboot the phone.

At this time the phone should reboot. Once it boots, configure it again with the Google account and that's it.
