Can't play the game, because I am getting a memory error. What should I do?

I purchased the game Wild Star and can log in, but when I click create a character, I get an error "The instruction OOXd4994667 referenced memory @ 0x0000002c". I'm not sure if it is my computer, but we have plenty of memory. Do you think that it didn't download properly?
