Ficir is a Java application that is installed by a JNLP file. However, there isn't much information about it on the Internet only that it is installed automatically. If you attempt an uninstall operation, it will fail because the application refuses to uninstall. Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
