Yes, you can use the SIM card on your mobile, but you will need the APN settings because the TATA Photon device uses APN settings to connect to Internet. Use the PC and get the APN settings from the Settings menu, then insert the SIM card into your phone and go to Settings > WiFi & Networks > Mobile Data > Access Points. If there is no APN, create one and use the same settings on the PC.
