I'm using a Windows 8 computer. Two sport games use Narrator to call the game. Narrator worked with these games, but now it doesn't. What can I do?
In order to fix the issues, I suggest you remove the games from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install them again. If the problem is not solved, check the troubleshooting guide provided by Microsoft.
