There are some possibilities to makes this happen. But the easiest and quickest way is to use an external hard drive to move them from a computer to another like: USB stick, etc. But, take care because you need MPN Photo Organizer on the second computer to open .mpn files. Therefore, if you don't have this application installed on your second computer, I suggest you to install it before you move those files.
