This could be a problem with the software. The problem might be caused by the lack of necessary security rights. If you still have the application, right click it, select Run as Admin and then log in again. If you still encounter errors, a fresh re-install might fix this issue. However, Ditto is available only in some countries and if you are in an unsupported one, then you can correlate this problem with the country restriction.
