I've been using this tool for 2 years, and I have no problems with it. I recommend you to perform a new installation of this software, because there can be multiple causes that makes it unavailable (a missing file, a failed update, etc.). Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program. After that, I recommend you to download the latest version of this application, but this time download it from its official webpage. After the download is complete, open the setup file and start the installation process once again.
