The scanning operation does not start.

The scanning operation does not start. It does not let me to enter Menu S/W to download.

If the scanning operations does not start, try to check the drivers, in case the application is connected to the PC, or use its built-in menu to perform a master reset. Another possibility is to completely reset the device by cutting off the power or removing the batteries.
