How to download Viber on computer in Saudi Arabia?

If you cannot download Viber on PC, try to use Google and search for "web proxy". There are plenty of websites nowadays that offer you the possibility to download or to access blocked URLs. Once you find a website, enter the Viber URL and you'll be able to access it.
