I renewed my hard drive, but cannot put the original key back in to Recolored as it says it is wrong. I have used this program for several years now and find it a brilliant program that gives me a lot of satisfaction to recolor old black and white photos. Is there something that I can do?
If you purchased the product, there is no reason why you can't use the original key to activate it, even if you have a new hard drive. To overcome this matter, contact the developer on the official website.
