The only way to unlock the phone is by visiting your local phone service shop because there is no other way. However, if the phone was locked due to pattern errors, turn off the phone then press Volume Up + Power button to access the Recovery menu. Use the volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm. Select Wipe Data and reboot the phone. It should be unlocked now, however, you need to reconfigure the settings.
