I can't open the application.

I had downloaded Media Downloader 7 on My Nokia Lumia 800 Windows phone, but since last 4 - 5 days I am unable to open it. What can I do?

It seems that after the last update of the application, lots of users encountered similar problems. In this case try providing a feedback about this to the developer. By doing this, the problem will be fixed in the upcoming updates. However, you can try uninstalling it in order to perform a fresh installation. This might help.
